Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days.
All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4 pm EST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, Public holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day.
All packages are delivered Monday through Friday. Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed. Items which are made to order ship out in 5-7 business days.
Custom items can take between 5-15 business days to ship.
Return & Exchange Policy
For unopened tea and Steepware, you may return items for a store credit or refund, minus processing fee and shipping cost, within 30 days of receiving your order.
For opened tea and Steepware that can't be resold, you will also incur a 25% disposal fee to cover the costs involved.
Damaged Goods Policy
For damaged goods, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged good for store credit, refund or replacement of product.
