This is our signature Masala chai blend. We start with the base notes: premium organic Assam black tea, sourced from the best plantations in India. We mix the leaves with spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and star anise, then infuse with toffee-ish caramel. The end result? A spicy, creamy chai with just the right amount of sweetness. In fact you shouldn’t need to add additional honey: the natural caramel gives a sugary zing, and you can really taste the malty mid-tones. To serve, just pour over 250ml of hot milk (full cream tastes great, but you could use soy or almond) and steep for two minutes. Pure bliss.
